Scaffolding Galvanized Steel Pipe for Scaffolding System Production
Steel pipes are slender hollow tubes that can be used for many purposes. There are two different methods for producing steel pipes, welded pipes or seamless pipes. We generally use welded pipes to produce scaffolding, and the cost of seamless pipes is too high.
People roll steel strips through grooved rolls into welded tubes, thereby molding the material into a round shape. Next, the unwelded pipe passes through the welding electrode. These devices seal the two ends of the pipe together.

Uniformity of the galvanized layer: the steel pipe sample shall not turn red (copper-plated color) after being immersed in copper sulfate solution for 5 consecutive times
Surface quality: The surface of the galvanized steel pipe should have a complete galvanized layer, and there must be no unplated black spots and bubbles, and small rough surfaces and local zinc tumors are allowed.
Beside the scaffolding steel pipe, we also can do customized steel tube for clients.
